KB Goblet Squats
This exercise is great for leg and core strength. More than anything, I do it to improve hip mobility. Therefore, I utilize this exercise for two purposes: strength and mobility.
Use a heavy kettlebell to improve strength. Keep the kettlebell close to your chest and point your elbows straight down. You can see the grip below.
Use a light kettlebell to improve mobility (like I did in the video). To truly improve mobility, drop your hips as low as you can and keep your butt back. You can also pause for a second in that position.
