 Exercise of the Week   This exercise is great for improving strength in the core and upper-body. In the start position, keep your arms straight holding the kettlebell above your chest. In end position, the kettlebell should be directly over your head. Exercise of the Week KB Goblet Squats This exercise is great for leg and core strength. More than anything, I do it to improve hip mobility. Therefore, I utilize this exercise for two purposes: strength and mobility. Strength: Use a heavy kettlebell to improve strength. Keep the kettlebell close to your chest and point your elbows straight down.  You can see the grip below. Mobility: Use a light kettlebell to improve mobility (like I did in the video).
