2 Week 2 Minute Pushup Challenge
Goal of this challenge was to engage and motivate my Facebook followers with a pushup challenge challenge. I decided to do a two week and an easier challenge this time. My last challenge was much harder and four weeks long. This resulted with more and more people to dropping off week after week.

Week One of the 2 Week 2 Minute Pushup Challenge consisted of hands off pushups. A "hands off" pushup is when you raise your hands off the ground or floor after each rep. Please see the video below:
Week two of the 2 Week 2 Minute Pushup Challenge consisted of alternating staggered pushups. An "alternating staggered" pushup is when you have one hand above and below a straight line and then alternate between each rep. Please see the video below:
What I learned from this challenge?
Making an easier challenge resulted in more participants. However, the majority of the people who did the challenge were male. Further over 80% of viewers of the video post on Facebook were male. My next challenge will be less gender biased.
